What’s your favourite aspect of working within the Beauty and fragrance industry?
There are two - The people – most love the industry which means that we are working with likeminded passionate people. The products – it’s an ever-changing exciting industry with new products launching regularly - we love working with brands that make everyone feel good.
The industry has been going through some incredible changes. What are the most exciting opportunities for someone looking to start a career in the beauty industry?
Lots of career opportunities and the chance to grow and develop within an ever-changing exciting glamorous retail sector.
What’s your number 1 most important part you will take from last year and what’s your new focus for 2021?
We can’t rest on our laurels and take things for granted. The focus for 2021 is to keep surviving get through these tough times and to be able to offer people temporary work in the future.

What’s your key Beauty tip or quote?
Drinks lots of wine – Opps sorry water :) a good skincare routine... like anything look after it and it will last longer oh and don’t forget to laugh lots.
How important is Copra to you?
Very important for many reasons the community, the support, the contacts and for the social events which are a real highlight on the calendar each year and have been sorely missed in 2020.
