I always believe the key to success is being surrounded by a passionate and committed team. I feel that the best ideas come from various levels and roles, hence why it’s essential to truly listen to all opportunities and to empower everyone.
What has inspired you this year?
The knowledge and experience that I have gained from various colleagues across the different markets and new and transformative initiatives from our key retail partners.
COPRA has always valued its many beauty industry supporters, with our events bringing many of them together to catch up and discuss business. How important are the COPRA Events to you and your business?
The events are always great fun and provide the ability to touch base with partners and colleagues to discuss key market developments.
