We are consistent, passionate and make recruitment beautiful – communication is key and of course we look after our Flair Family.
What has inspired you this year?
We have had really great people apply to work for us this year – it has been a real pleasure recruiting with many of these amazing staff leaving us as temps to being offered a permanent position with those brands that we have supported – so a big pat on the back to our recruitment team.
COPRA has always valued its many beauty industry supporters, with our events bringing many of them together to catch up and discuss business. How important are the COPRA Events to you and your business?
COPRA events not only allow us to catch up and network with people that we do not get to see regularly, but they also give us an opportunity to bring our team together to celebrate the industry we are so lucky to work in.
